Police are investigating after a group of individuals used a vehicle to rip an ATM machine out of a convenience store in Meriden on Sunday, stealing the cash box from the machine before trying to do the same thing in another town.

Police are searching for four men that ripped an ATM out of a gas station in Meriden Sunday morning. The robbery took place at the Valero Gas Station at 369 Cook Ave. Suspects had fled the scene by the time police arrived.

Meriden police are looking for several men who were caught on surveillance video trying to steal an ATM machine from a convenience store on Sunday. Authorities said they responded to the Valero gas station on Cook Avenue after getting a report of thieves ripping out an ATM.
