Ultrasonic Processor
Beijing ultrasonic provides ultrasonic processors for cell disruption and biodiesel production.
Cell disruption, also known as cell lysis, is a process where cells are broken open to release their intracellular contents (e.g., proteins, DNA, organelles). This is a common technique in molecular biology, microbiology, and biochemistry for various downstream applications like protein extraction, DNA isolation, and enzyme studies.
Biodiesel production involves using ultrasonic processors to enhance the transesterification reaction, which converts vegetable oils, animal fats, or recycled greases into biodiesel fuel. The ultrasonic waves create cavitation, which improves mixing and accelerates the reaction, leading to faster and more efficient biodiesel production.
