Very bright, a little on the bulky and heavy side but nice features easy to use.
I use this for walking in the dark early in the morning and at night, and it works well. It lights up about 4 feet to either side and about 15 feet in front. The beam pattern is very uniform with no bright or dark spots, just even light. Even the low setting is bright enough to light up the ground when walking or jogging. It works better than the much more expensive headlamp I have--once I tighten the headlamp strap tight enough to hold it in place with out slipping down, it's uncomfortably tight. Clamping this light to the brim of a hat solves the problem. It's a little heavier than I expected, but not unreasonably so. I tried this on a lightweight running hat, and it worked well, but was heavy enough to bend the bill down. It also caused the hat to slide forward and down on my head every few minutes. Putting it on a sturdier hat worked much better, the hat stayed in place and the brim didn't bend down.
I have been looking at similar items, and saw this. I originally bought it just to bring my cart over a certain discount amount, but this quickly became my favorite thing in the shipment. Clips perfectly to my hats, and doesn't weigh them down to much. I have actually forgotten it was there a couple of times. The light is plenty bright, and I have had zero problems with it.

My new LED cap light has been super bright. I barely notice that the light is even attached to my hat with how light weight it is.
Really happy with my new cap light. The flood light is great for anything up close - mid range. The adjustable beam pattern comes in great when multi-tasking.
I bought this during the last weekend sale and have been happy with it! Blackfire states that this thing is water resistant and so far that has held true! Got caught in the rain while out the other day and this guy held up. Sure takes a beating.
