Arise flags $170m Busselton project
Subiaco-based Arise Developments has proposed to build a $170 million shopping precinct in Busselton, touted as the biggest large-format retail project outside the Perth metropolitan area.
Named HomeHQ Busselton, the proposed bulky goods precinct comprises eight buildings to house 23 tenancies at the intersection of Bussell Bypass and Chapman Hill Road in Bovell.
HomeHQ will accommodate two specialised bulky goods retailers to cover homes goods and services, and sports equipment and activities, according to the application development compiled by Urbis.
