I used it for the first time today. When you open it as big as it gets and then turn on the water, it takes some maneuvering. I found that leaning the top area against the gutter before turning on the water makes it easy to move around. The end of my gutter and its downspout were completely clogged. Hit it with the high-power water coming out of this thing, and I had it cleared in about 3 minutes. After the clog was cleared, water kept coming out of the area of the spouting near the ground — and it kept coming and coming (meaning the whole top gutter had been full of water that hadn't been able to drain).
