Older Florida park on the Withlacoochee State Forest. The campground had 20 very large sand and grass sites in tall pines. Each site has water only. The campground is very quiet and offered both T-Mobile and Verizon cell service. Facilities are clean, albeit old. The campground is convenient to fishing, hiking, and bike and equestrian trails.
This is one of the nicest KOA Holiday's that we have stayed at as far as sites (concrete) and staff (outstanding). Really nice laundry building with good machines. This park is a combination of mobile homes and RVs. Majority of the sites appear to be permanent residents. The roads are narrow and backing into a site can definitely be a challenge.
