I highly recommend Dogs Matter - esp. If your little dog acts like a wild beast around strangers who groom!
While dogsitting, I decided my son's Pomeranian Chihuahua mix needed a clip and bath. Dogs Matter was recommended by several people and now I know why. Todd was amazing with "Bear" who hates male strangers. Bear expresses his displeasure by snarling, baring teeth, nipping, squirming and I swear I heard cussing too.
But Todd's calm demeanor won Bear over. Soon Bear was in Todd's arms, tail wagging.
Dogs Matter comes to you and cares for your dog in a mobile dog salon, parked outside. Talk about convenience! I was able to catch up on some work at home instead of driving to/from and waiting at a grooming salon.
I don't own a dog but if I did, I'd definitely have a standing appointment with Dog Groomers!
