We are a non-medical home care agency servicing Clay, Nassau and Duval counties. We provide Companionship and recreation, transportation and errands, light housekeeping, meal prepararion, medication reminders, bathing, grooming and dressing. We offer two unique programs that differentiate our services, The Cognitive Therapeutic Method ( a cognitive stimulating one to one activites based program) and Music Through The Ages, an interactive musical enrichment program for the whole family. Jacksonville Home Care Assistance promotes many healthy lifestyle choices which incorporates our Balanced Care Method Program.
