I have been taking my dog Watson to PetSuites Dayton for two years without complaints until now. In the last year, I've also brought my partner's dog Ellie for boarding stays and both dogs have done very well. They have on-site grooming which has been incredibly convenient. However, this most recent visit is why we'll never come back despite many positive visits.

Ellie has medical issues and requires daily medication. Every stay we've booked, we've noted this upon drop-off. Watson has allergies and Ellie has acid reflux and takes vet-prescribed antacids. All of this was communicated at this visit and every previous visit. During our most recent stay, the medication was given to Watson all week instead of Ellie. Not to mention, when it was given to Watson, it was given to him with cheese (which he is allergic to). If the medication had been for something more severe than acid reflux, this could have been catastrophic for both dogs.

While they apologized, we were not compensated for their mistake in any way.
