My career has primarily focused around the primary care specialty so I am very familiar with varying types of diagnosis, treatment and proper care regimen. I believe that I am very well suited to take on any individual that needs specific care and proper documentation of their care for better treatment. I usually start a binder for each individual I work with then create a log where I document their vitals: blood pressure, glucose, o2sat, weight depending on whether they are hypertensive or diabetic. I may monitor certain vitals on a around the clock basis. I also keep track of medication along with logging each medication to ensure there are no drug interactions!(super important when dealing with comorbidities especially psych meds). Along with also logging diet and activity for the day.
