Giselle presents well and appears to have it all together. She was friendly and kind to the person who needed care. However, she has been unreliable on numerous occasions. She was a no-show for several shifts and we are now unable to take her back. She did not call or let us know she wasn't coming even though we confirmed by phone just a day or two before. It is confusing how someone can do this to a disabled person. She left us twice in a very bad situation. The first time it happened she became defensive and angry when we finally spoke with her and asked what happened. This last time she has not contacted us at all. We are not happy with her behaviour but moving on. Unfortunately, this has been our experience with many people on care.com. Please be reliable people!!! you are dealing with a vulnerable population!!!
