Joann was the absolute best person I could’ve ever imagined to care for my daughters. We hired her to care for my baby girl, though she quickly jumped in whenever needed to help with my toddler as well. They both loved her SO MUCH right away, always smiling and giggling, just absolute pure joy. She went above and beyond every day, brought positivity and a sense of calm to our house, and truly is just an absolute pleasure to have around. She is a true gem and would be an asset to any family!
