I have been babysitting for 16 years, spent 2 summers working as a nanny, spent 1 summer working as a camp counselor, and spent 2 years teaching elementary school children. I have experience with children ranging in age from newborn to teenager, as well as with children with mild or severe special needs and with multiple children at one time. I am happy to be screen-free and interactive and engaging with the kids through games, crafts, reading, outdoor activities, etc. My experience also includes school drop offs/pick ups, meal prep, bath time, and bed time. I am a non smoker, comfortable with pets, and have my own car.

We were in Richmond for the weekend and Michelle did a wonderful job babysitting our 4 year old and 2 year old daughters. She responded quickly and was on time and did a perfect job! If we are here again we will hire her again.
