I was debating between two cars, decided on this car it had been
sold. Then purchased my second choice. BMW of Mobile was
excellent and I was very happy with the deal they offered me. My
salesman Alex was the best, very personable, helpful and very
knowledgeable. Perfect for his chosen career.
The manager, Marianne contacted me within a few minutes after
my inquiry online, and assigned a salesman to me when I said I
would drive over to Mobile to see the car.
And of course I would recommend âCar Gurusâ and most of all
âBMW of Mobileâ to anyone. Overall, it was a very pleasant car
buying experienceâ

Not very transparent. Vehicle had damage
(2500) if we didn't find it we would have been
stuck with repairs. When we brought to the
attention of manager, they agreed to fix it for no
charge. Since the salesman showed no integrity,
we were concerned that there was much more
wrong wit the vehicle. We decided not to do
business with them.

After reviewing this situation, the 2019 Infiniti estimate was negligible in cost to adjust a simple bumper clip but fell short of your expectations. It is also a locally owned and serviced trade with an excellent CARFAX report however six year old vehicles will most likely show slight and cosmetic imperfections in bumpers, paint, etc. that have little if any impact on value. We had spoken 3 times that day and I told home I wanted to pick up my daughter, who the car was for, so she could come look and I had an appointment to see the car and when I pulled in the parking lot, right in front of the office, he called and told me not to get out of the car that someone else had come to see it and purchased it, I realize they have to sell cars but he didn’t even call me to apologize or offer to find me a comparable car. I had cash in my pocket ready to buy. So no I will NOT recommend this dealership.

Dealer has been very easy to work with. After finding the vehicle on car guru I called them directly. I got a decent amount for my trade ( no one is ever completely satisfied with that) and I had a buyers order within an hour. I am purchasing the car and Matt has been great to work with.

Salesman Arthur was great! Easy to discuss pricing and responded to all my texts and calls immediately. Finance depot was awesome as well, first time after 25 years of buying cars that it was so hassle free. In and out the dealership in less than 90 minutes with the exact car I wanted. Def recommend those dealership, we drove over from Florida and had a great experience.

They literally bent over backwards to make a great deal but after considering it and giving
it a lot of thought, I just believed this is not the time for me to be buying a new vehicle. No
reflection on them, I couldn't have asked for better service but I just believe now is not the
time. If after the first of the year, they have something, I would not hesitate to call them.

I was very impressed with the prompt responses and friendliness in helping clients from the sale agents. Patrick Raley was my agent and he was super prompt and willing to do extra works in searching to find the car that I was looking for. I live in Texas and ended up purchasing the car remotely with Patrick and not with my local sale agent. Patrick and his manager made the buying experience super easy from remotely and will ship the car to Texas dealer for me to pick up. Wonderful car buying experience from this dealership !!!

Loved the interaction with the internet sales manager. Very courteous and prompt in referring me to someone that could assist. I just wasted tine trying to figure out car options, and someone else purchased the car before I had the chance. The manager did offer to look for a car just like the one I wanted, and I am definitely going to take him up on that offer. Great service and I would definitely recommend.

The car is what I expected except after I got it home I found an electrical problem. The dealership said they will repair it. So I’m taking it back in.

After my initial inquiry, I received an email and a phone call from a representative. I completed the application as instructed, however this is where everything stopped because I have not received any other communications despite leaving both a phone message and email. My work schedule keeps me very busy, so it is important to work with someone who understands my situation. I love the car, however as an Auto Insurance Agent even if I am unable to offer a policy to a potential customer, I will always make sure the customer was treated as important as possible. Decent customer service is the bread and butter of sales..

Found the truck I wanted here and contacted their internet sales with my interest. Received a prompt response and then handed off to a salesman. I made an offer over the phone and we agreed to a price without me actually seeing the truck. When I arrived the vehicle was just as described with one minor issue which was taken care of on the spot.. Excellent way to handle a deal and fairly priced. Customer service was great!

Misrepresented their vehicle left and right. Between the
equipment, to the mileage, they couldn't seem to get it straight.
The price they had was great and they had an incredibly fast
turn around but that was a massive turn off. When it isn't clear
what the vehicle you're advertising comes equipped with and
the pictures of the car contradict the information you're being
passed, that's a pretty big red flag.

Well the vehicle they have advertised wasn't actually available. So instead they told me to buy a much newer vehicle for over 10 thousand dollars more. Instead of asking if I was even interested in such a deal they offered to begin paperwork and asked what time I would be by to test drive. It was an awkward phone call I'll tell you that.

We had a good internet price - we went there with it and discussed
my trade which came out a little short but not terrible since we knew
car didnt have alot of room. Overall left with a good feeling -we
bought the car.
