Our Makerspace will be closed for the remainder of the year and will reopen at the beginning of Semester 1, 2025. We look forward to welcoming you back in the new year for more creativity, innovation, and hands-on projects!

Kura Matahuna – Unleash Space
Unleash Space is our state-of-the art innovation hub. Home to our entrepreneurship programmes such as Velocity, Start-up Studio and more. All students and staff are welcome at Unleash Space to develop their ventures ideas.
Te Ahi Hangarau – Technology Hub
Te Ahi Hangarau Technology Hub is an innovative learning space powered by 5G. It is fully equipped with contemporary technology and learning environment capabilities. Learn about AI, VR, IoT and more! CIE extra-curricular workshops here are open to all students and staff of the University of Auckland.
