Andy Cohen Is Selling His West Village Apartment! See Inside the TV Host’s Former NYC Residence

Andy Cohen is one of TV’s most beloved hosts, so it’s no surprise he once lived in a stunning New York City apartment. The Watch What Happens Live star shared the ultra-swanky property with kids Ben and Lucy in the West Village neighborhood of the Big Apple, before putting it on the market in August 2024 for $14 million.

According to Elle, Andy purchased a unit in the large duplex in 2003. “It was my first adult apartment,” he said. However, years later, the Bravo star expanded when he paid for the two stories directly above him and converted the three units into one large home.

He enlisted the help of broker Ryan Serhant to find a buyer for the pad. “It’s one of those treasures that you wait your whole career for to find something like this that you get to bring to market and sell,” Ryan told The New York Times.
