To be desirable such as in your bill there should be no white border showing at all in the top. Yours is within tolerance.
That s what I was thinking also thank you for knowledge and I appreciate it I'm new to collecting currency always fascinated me and always collected coins but now starting paper money . if I am as good at collecting it as my wife is at spending it I have a heck of a collection in no time haha.
