We invest in scalable tech startups in seed stage with business models that can grow as fast as its impact, the entrepreneurs can be world wide but must be willing to establish in Mexico or the United States, and must develop and apply advanced technologies as AI, Big Data & Analytics,  IoT, Robotics or BlockChain as a catalyst for impact and sustainable development.

We lead seed rounds, investing $30K - $120K USD and up to $1M USD for follow on investments, we prefer convertible notes capped at $5M-$10M with 10% interest 30% discount and 18 months maturity, but we have flexibility for other instruments like revenue share agreements specifically for structured exits.
