As a first-year student at Rowan University, you must submit an application, official high school transcripts, letter(s) of recommendation and a personal essay. Additionally, SAT or ACT scores are required for evaluation, unless you are applying test-optional. Once your application is complete, it will be reviewed, and you will receive a decision within two weeks (application review begins October 15). If you are applying to an Art, Theater/Dance, or Music program, you will need to also submit a portfolio or register for an audition.
Transfer students must have at least 12 credits completed at the time of application. To apply as a transfer student, please complete the Transfer Application here.
If you have fewer than 12 credits completed, please fill out the Common App for first-year admission.
