Method

5Espolòn Paloma
Espolòn Tequila Ingredients
- 60 ml Espolòn Blanco
- 15 ml fresh lime juice
- 120 ml pink grapefruit soda
- Lime wedge and grapefruit peel to garnish
Method
Blend your Espolòn Blanco and fresh lime juice in a tall glass with plenty of ice, adding grapefruit soda last, and stirring to incorporate the ingredients. Garnish with a lime wedge and a grapefruit wheel, plus a salt rim if you wish.

Method

11 Spicy Margarita
Patron Ingredients
- 50ml PATRÓN Silver
- 25ml Fresh lime juice
- 20ml Premium orange liqueur
- 5ml Agave syrup
- Slices of red chilli (to taste and for garnish)
Using a lime wedge, wet half of your glass rim, dip into sea salt and place in the freezer. Then, combine all your liquid ingredients in a cocktail shaker with slices of red chilli (to taste), and shake vigorously with ice for eight seconds. Remove your glass from the freezer, and fine strain your cocktail over ice. Garnish with a slide of red chilli.
12Grand Margarita

Method
Fill a wide, shallow dish with 2-3mm of fine salt. Cut a lime in half at the width, and rub around half the rim of a margarita glass. Cut a thin, crosswise slice from one of the lime halves as a garnish. Holding glass upside down, dip the wet rim delicately into the salt. Shake the Grand Marnier, Espolon tequila and lime juice with ice in a cocktail shaker. Strain into the glass and place the lime garnish on the rim.

13Mijenta Blanco Margarita

Shake all ingredients vigorously with plenty of ice and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice and rimmed with salt. Garnish with a lime wheel.

- 50 ml PATRÓN Silver
- 20 ml crème de violette
- 10 Edwards elderflower liqueur
- 25ml lime juice
- Parma violet rim
- Edible flower garnish
Method
Combine liquid ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously with ice for eight seconds. Remove your glass from the freezer. Carefully dip the coated rim into a plate of Parma Violet powder to create a delightful violet rim. Strain the shaken mixture into your prepared glass (on the rocks or straight up) and garnish with a lime wedge.
