1Clementine Spiced Mule
Provided by Bombay Sapphire Mix 50ml Bombay Sapphire Gin infused with clementines*, 25ml fresh lime juice, 15ml Monin ginger syrup and 15ml Monin cinnamon syrup in a highball glass, and fill two thirds with cubed ice. Top two thirds with ginger beer and fresh ice. Garnish with a lime wedge
To make clementine infused gin: Peel 2 clementines (removing as much pith as possible) and leave to infuse in 250ml gin for a minimum of 2 hours.
2The Sipsmith Martini
Courtesy of Sipsmith Fill a mixing glass with ice. Add 15ml dry vermouth and stir for a few seconds. Add 50ml Sipsmith London Dry Gin to the mixing glass and stir briskly for 50 turns. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with a lemon twist.

3Tiny Ten
In a cocktail mixing glass, combine 15ml of grapefruit syrup, 35ml of Tanqueray No. TEN and 10ml of grapefruit juice freshly squeezed from a wedge, ice and stir. Strain in a Coupette glass and top with 50ml of cold sparkling wine of your preference. Garnish with a grapefruit coin shaped peel.
4The Ace
In an ice-filled highball or large wine glass, add 50ml Eden Mill Wildcard Gin, 15ml Monin Wild Strawberry Syrup and top up with Fever Tree Raspberry & Orange Blossom soda. Garnish with strawberry, mint and orange slice.

5Jaisalmer Gold Gin Martini
Add 50ml Gold Jaisalmer Gin, 10ml Cocchi Americano and 3 dashes of coriander bitters into a mixing glass and stir over ice. Double strain into a frozen glass and garnish with a chilli
6Mulled Fuyu Negroni
Add 1 orange slice and 3 ginger slices to a glass, then press gently with a muddler. Fill glass with ice. Add 30ml Suntory ROKU gin, 30ml sweet vermouth, 30ml Campari and stir for 15 seconds. Use a flame to lightly toast a cinnamon stick, and then place on top of the drink to garnish.

7 Opihr Spiced Apple
Fill a copa glass with ice and add 50ml Opihr London Dry Gin, 50ml Cloudy Apple Juice and Ginger Beer, and stir gently. Garnish with some freshly grated cinnamon and a cinnamon stick to finish.
8The Wildcard G&T
Pour 50ml Eden Mill Wildcard gin d into a highball glass then fill with ice. Add 3 raspberries and pour over premium light tonic water. Add in a slice of lemon to garnish, and finish by wedging half a strawberry on the rim of the glass.

9Mermaid Vesper Martini
Shake 60ml Mermaid Gin, 20ml Mermaid Salt Vodka and 15ml White Vermouth with ice and fine strain into a chilled glass, then garnish with a twist of lime zest.

Bombay Sapphire Fill a rocks glass with cubed ice. Pour in 25ml Bombay Sapphire Sunset gin, 25ml Martini Rosso Sweet Vermouth and 25ml Martini Speciale Bitter liqueur. Stir and garnish with an orange zest twist and star anise.
