It’s been a love affair at first bite. We use an old French recipe, authentic process from beginning to end. One of our secrets is bake time and heat. Literally 1 minute too long, they’re not the same. Houston, I believe we have perfection.
We’ve done a lot of testing and our Madeleine’s last several days so don’t worry about their freshness. We generally keep them out of the fridge as they tend to get dried out. There aren’t many things better than enjoying one of our Madeleine’s on a snowy day with a hot coffee or tea close by.
