A rescue operation is underway at the Great Orme.
Police, ambulance crews and the coastguard are all attending the incident.
It is believed they are trying to rescue two people who may have come trapped, and there are unconfirmed reports of someone having fallen.

Rescue 936 tasked as part of the rescue
Ambulance crews, HM Coastguard, the Rescue 936 helicopter, mountain rescue volunteers and North Wales Police were all called to the scene today.
A spokesman for HM Coastguard, said:
North Wales Ambulance service requested coastguard assistance to a fallen male on the Great Orme today. Llandudno Coast and Rescue Team, along with the Rescue 936 helicopter were also tasked to assist the ambulance service.
Eyewitness report
Eyewitness Jonathan Cimatti, said:
I was working at the complex and I saw two ambulances pull up. I went down to have a look what was happening and someone told me a man had fallen from a cliff. I saw the man being put onto a stretcher and he was being treated by the ambulance staff - they had put a neck brace on him. The helicopter came and then they put him on it.
'Person' airlifted to Aintree Hospital
A spokesman for the Welsh Ambulance Service, said:
We were called on Wednesday 3 July at approximately 14:36 to reports of a person having fallen from a cliff near the Great Orme in Llandudno. We responded with one ambulance and were supported by the Wales Air Ambulance. One patient was transported by air ambulance to Aintree University Hospital, Liverpool.
Man winched into helicopter, it is reported
An eyewitness has reported seeing a man being assisted by ambulance crews at the bottom of the Great Orme.
Jonathan Cimatti, 23, who was working in the area at the time of the incident told North Wales Live he saw one man in a stretcher being winched into a helicopter.
The college student from Llandudno reported seeing the injured man with two children.

Concern for the safety of two people
Police say they received a call a 2.39pm regarding the concern for safety of two individuals.
There is no further information from police at the moment.
Emergency services at the scene
Several police cars including an unmarked car, an emergency ambulance and the coastguard are all currently at the scene.
The incident is understood to have happened shortly before 2..40pm.
