The stunning girlfriend of former Rangers star Nacho Novo has revealed she has dumped the 39-year-old.

The model had earlier posted a lengthy message outlining the mental anguish that had led to her being admitted to hospital.
She said: "I'm not ashamed as I was pushed to my absolute limits.
"My anxiety has been horrible trying to be someone I'm not.
"Mental health is not something to be laughed at.
"I will get over it and move on and be stronger every day."
Nacho and Stephanie have been dating since 2017 but last week the Spaniard posted a cryptic Instagram message that said he was now single.
Nacho shared a photo of a woman who looks similar to his girlfriend and wrote: "Some many idiots out there they try to be what they will never be."
Nacho, who spent most of 2018 recovering from a heart attack and a stroke he suffered at the beginning of the year, then replied to the comments with 'I'm single' and a series of celebration emojis.
But taking to Facebook today Stephanie made it clear she was the one who ended their relationship.
She said: "This is the last post I'm making and I'm not responding to anything else. Exhausted by it all.
"It took a lot for me to post what I did. I loved Nacho and helped him a lot.
"I never left his side when he had a heart attack and saved his life when he had a stroke.
"I also left Nacho, he didn't leave me.
"I'm not attention seeking. I'm soon deleting my social media posts.
"I just feel a weight has been lifted off my shoulders now and I will get better in time.
"Nacho knows the truth.
"I am gutted and heartbroken that I have been dragged to this level."
