So now's a good time to rummage through your coin stash as TikTok user @CoinCollectingWizard recently revealed the coins that could "make you a millionaire".

In a recent video, he highlighted six coins which could fetch a hefty sum. He explained: "1851 Florin or Two Pence Shilling piece with a very low mintage of just 1,500."

He added: "This coin has an amazing value of £7,000 in top condition. As for the 1828 Six Pence, there was just over 15,000 of this coin ever made and in top condition is worth £500.

"Meanwhile, the 1851 Shilling has around 470,000 coins made with a value of around £700." The coin enthusiast then went on to describe another valuable piece.

The TikTok user explained: "1841 Half Crown has a mintage of 42,000 with a top condition value of £5,000. Also the 1905 Half Crown from the UK has only 166,008 ever made.

"You can easily grab between £450 and £10,000 depending on the condition."

Lastly, he mentioned the 1854 Four Pence, which had a "very low" mintage of 11,080. And even in poor condition, this coin could fetch £230 or £2,000.

Since the clip went viral, loads of users have been commenting. One said: "Wish I had some," and another chimed in with: "Great video."

Another savvy spotter noted: "And there are probably less now, with wear, loss and melted down for decimalisation."

This isn't the first time the expert spilled the beans on the most sought-after coins. He recently discussed the London 2012 Olympics piece which could fetch £2,000.
