Brian Duncan formed Duncan Land Consultants, LLC after 20 years working as a Planning and Civil Engineering Consultant throughout the expanded Triangle Market. During that time, numerous invaluable relationships were formed in the private and regulatory industries as he designed, managed and moved hundreds of projects from concept to completion in the residential, mixed-use and commercial spaces. We believe the key to any project's success is rooted in trusting relationships and good communication. Brian has been on all sides of the development industry and brings a unique set of skills and perspective to the table. Our goal is to bridge the gaps in design, management and communication throughout the complex development process to create a deeper level of understanding that keeps your project moving forward!
