the new 46,120 SF, 10 building, campus includes K-8 classrooms, science, art, band and music rooms as well learning and media centers. A multi-purpose building with a gym, stage and kitchen is proposed. The buildings are organized along a wide east-west pathway, which will also serve as the quad. Entrance from parking lot onto the campus is secured with a decorative wrought iron fence and gates.

The 4.49-acre site is lined with large valley oak trees, which will be preserved for aesthetic and shading properties. In addition to perimeter landscaping, the site will be improved with learning gardens throughout the campus. Both hardcourts and soft play areas with playground equipment are proposed.
