Nightmare flooring

We've already filed a complaint against this flooring and it was rejected. Seeing all your reviews below has showed me that we're all in the same boat here so I'm escalating this again. This flooring literally disintegrates like paper. Avoid! Hoping B&Q can resolve this for us as it's hugely frustrating.

Poor, weak joints just ask for problems

We have had this installed, using the B&Q underlay, for around two months. In that time several of the joints are weak and have split, leaving unsightly sharp joints with height differences of several mm. The result? Not only have we wasted a significant amount of money on the product, but we have wasted hundreds on getting it fitted too!

nice look but a b steward to lay - BEWARE

Fitted today and I am totally unhappy. For an expensive floor this was horrible to lay - getting the joints to sit snuggly was very difficult on some of the boards. One minor issue and it will not click closed. I have laid many laminate floors and this takes me back to the days of gluing the joints where there was no secure click profile. I do not recommend this. I got is down in the end with a lot of angst and still one joint is about 0.2mm apart and will not lay perfectly - I am meticulous with removing dust and debris yet I could not see what was wrong. As you can tell - I am very unhappy. End result is near perfect and looks good. The cheaper normal laminate was far easier to lay without any issues at all. This is the first time I have left such a bad review

Poor jointing

Short joints on flooring do not stay clicked in. Joints all over my 25m2 floor that runs through several rooms have begun to become unclicked leaving a proud edge on the higher board. Looks unsightly and prone to damage

Waterproof Luxury Vinyl Click Flooring

I'm a competent DIY'er but have never attempted flooring in the past. This product made the job very easy and I've now used it in 2 bathrooms. The flooring is solid but can be cut to size with a stanley knife through the top layer. This means you can shape it without needing bench saws etc. It is very hard wearing, looks great and saved hundreds doing it myself. It is quite expensive but this is true of all brands of click flooring. Highly recommended.

Lovely look but not good quality!

I bought this flooring several weeks ago and the results when down are no where near what I expected for the price I paid! Not very happy at all, doesn't join correctly and half of my packs had damaged pieces! Love the look but unfortunately just isn't the quality I expected! Saved for along time to be able to have this floor and it's been a total waste of money.

Lengths would not join end to end

Bought this over tiles looks great, feels great, i until I started to lay it long edge joins brilliant, but end to end it kept coming apart, no matter how hard you tapped it, I laid 3 rows it looked great, but close up the joins were coming apart. Ripped it up again, one of the worst flooring products I've used. I also laid some on plywood to test it wasn't my floor, still had bad joins.

disappointed

I bought 18 packs of this vinyl to fit on whole second floor, after half way i realise that vinyls locks not keep as strong they should, maybe beacuse i had 2 different batches (i realise on last pack) but was to late, easy to cut but also easy to damage, floor is fitted 2weeks so far and i glued connections 2 times a ready , floor need to be very straight if you choose this vinyls , otherwise buy wooden one

Luxury vinyl flooring

I had this flooring fitted a few weeks ago in my kitchen. I love it, it looks amazing it is warm underfoot, very quiet to walk on. It is so easy to clean I am so happy that we made the decision to purchase this product.
