UPS Connection

Here is a picture of the conductors at the back of a brand new APC 6000VA UPS, about 2.2K worth of kit

Safe to say I wont be connecting this up today, the picture doesnt do justice to how knackered they are.

presumably the moron who made the modular leads wasn't having a good day.

The individual conductors were far too long and just stuffed back into the UPS itself.

I have another identical UPS in the cab next to it which was absolutely fine.

They are sending out another UPS tomorrow (id sooner have the cables replaced)

They used to be really really good, market leaders in fact, but your not the only one who has seen their build quality decline somewhat.

Could be that American Power Conversion are now owned by Schnieder Electric, allthough somewhat surprising.
