Shop Closure
We regret to inform you that due to the complexity of handling orders post-Brexit and the associated rising costs, we have had to discontinue online sales in the UK with effect from 26 February 2024.
We will of course continue to be available to answer any questions or comments you may have.
Below you will find helpful information about your right of cancellation, complaints, the extended warranty, and data protection.
Would you like to cancel the purchase contract?
You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days after taken possession of the products without giving any reason. If you do not like an item, you can return it to us within 30 days. In this case, you only bear the return shipping costs if the item was delivered by a forwarding agent. In all other cases, you will receive a return label with which you can process the return of the item. We will then refund the purchase price immediately.
Please do not return the goods to us on your own! Since the UK's exit from the EU, customs formalities are required. We will provide you with the necessary papers and a free label. We cannot refund expense for goods held up by customs due to missing paperwork.
Further information on the right of cancellation can be found here: PDF Cancellation right for consumers
Have you received a faulty product?
This is just as annoying for us as it is for you. We will resolve this for you as quickly as possible. Please contact our customer service to solve the problem or to initiate a return: [email protected]
Further information on the warranty can be found in our General Terms and Customer Informations under "4 Warranty".
Do you have questions about the extended warranty on your product?
We offer an extended warranty on some of our products over and above the statutory warranty. Of course, you can still make use of this within the deadlines even after our shop has closed. You can find all the important information about the extended warranty here: PDF Warranty conditions
Do you have questions about the processing of your personal data?
Your data will be deleted once the purpose for which it was collected has been achieved. We may be legally obliged to continue to store some of your data. This is particularly the case under tax and commercial law regulations. You can find more information about your rights and how we have processed your data in the latest version of our Privacy Policy at electric-fence.co.uk here: PDF Data Protection Declaration.
