Mike Ross announces his departure from Twitch

Mike Ross, one of the most recognizable faces in the fighting game community, is leaving his job at Twitch.


Ross started with Twitch around May of 2014, and has been representing the company at various major events as well as on Capcom Pro Talk for the past two years. We reached out to Ross to ask the details of his departure, and if he another job lined up already. He responded with:

"It was my decision to leave... I'm going to work on my own thing." You can view Mike's announcement tweet after the jump below.

Whatever the famed fighting game player decides to do next, we're sure the rest of the FGC will be excitedly along for the ride. You can still catch him on Excellent Adventures with Gootecks every Sunday for the time being.
