The Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 2002 (ECT Act) came into operation in August 2002 and its aims are inter alia to facilitate and regulate electronic communications and transactions, the national e-strategy, and to promote universal access to electronic communications and transactions.
Corporate agreements require documents and subsequent amendments to be in writing and this requirement is met.
