AUSTRALIAN swim coach Brenton Ford has built an enormous online following with his simple but effective stroke correction and technique videos. Following stints as the head coach for Melbourne University and Powerpoints Masters Swimming Club, where he led his team to five Founder’s Trophies (awarded to the club with the highest point score at the National Championships), Ford started his coaching business, Effortless Swimming, in 2009.
