Your Diet Matters
Trail runners soon learn that not eating enough (or eating too late, or eating something our tummy doesn't agree with) during a long run has a powerful effect on how we feel and perform.
This effect becomes more pronounced as we race longer distances. More time on your feet means your energy systems have a greater chance of being tripped up by any of the above.
And so it is with our lives. The longer we live, the more we see the effects of food choices adding up.
