This book is filled with common sense facts, good practical advice, and tips for people just starting out. There are a ton of books about fasting out there, and this does the job. It is easy to read.
One thing I wish the author wouldn't assume is that people who are choosing to fast need to lose weight. People fast for all different reasons. However, this book has all the info you need to get started on your fasting journey.
