This was a bit hard to rate. On the one hand, there were some assertions in here that seemed like pseudoscience. The lack of real references made it hard to confirm what the source of many of the suggestions in the book were. (There were also a couple of statements that were definitely wrong, such as the one that the best time to get vitamin D is early morning or late afternoon -- most UVB, which gives Vitamin D, comes through at midday.) On the other hand, there are some things in here that do seem to have at least some scientific backing. I also learned some things, which is a bit unusual as I've read a ton of material in this field. On the whole, it's among the better health/longevity books I've read.
