About this ebook
Many of us do not have to contend with living under restrictive, taliban-type laws, under a dictatorship, Afraid of numerous, ruthless local bigwigs like in many African countries. We enjoy a lot of freedom. Still, many of us are not happy, and some are actually suffering mentally and emotionally. If we know whether our own actions lead to this suffering, we can easily modify our beliefs and actions so as to have a fuller and more pleasanter life.
