About this ebook
Are there any specific expectations or concerns about the Performance appraisal team, Performance appraisal itself? Are there any disadvantages to implementing Performance appraisal? There might be some that are less obvious? Will new equipment/products be required to facilitate Performance appraisal delivery for example is new software needed? What are the rough order estimates on cost savings/opportunities that Performance appraisal brings? Is Performance appraisal linked to key business goals and objectives?
