About this ebook

Living the rich life is almost everyone's dream, especially the shopping and buying anything you want, along as your parents give you the money for it, as well as going to parties or throwing them. These are the things every child would like to do ... well, some people. For Stella Brooke, her sister, Carol Brooke, and her brother, Steve Brooke, all that is going to be gone in a second. Their parents gave them everything they wanted as long as they did well in school and got good grades - meaning no C's, only A's and B's. If they got a C, that meant they were grounded.

Their father, Dave Brooke, decides that he wants to show his children how hard it is to get this perfect life they seem to have. He doesn't want his children to become spoiled brats. He only wants them be tough and know how hard it is in the world today. That means going back to where he used to live in Dallas, where it was tough growing up and where the gangs and everyday life is.

Jannelle Benjamin

. Jannelle Benjamin is a nice, creative girl who is just like every other teenager. She grew up in the U.S. Virgin Islands, where it is mostly sunny and stunning. Living in the Caribbean is great for her because she’s been here her whole life. She’s been to Puerto Rico; the experience was awesome for her. For the first time, she saw how huge a mall can be. She started to write short stories when she was around twelve years old. She first started to write a comic book. It was called The Power Sisters. To her, it was sometimes both funny and perfect. She even drew their clothing line. She got inspired by reading many books. Her all-time favorite book is called Walk Two Moons, written by Sharon Creech. To her that book is so awesome! Even though she is starting the process of becoming an author, she’s still a teen. She loves to shop and do her hair in styles. She loves listening to music. Everyday she likes to listen to some of her favorite artist songs on her iPod. When she finishes high school she wants to study courses dealing with fashion design and communications.

    In Danger

Hi, my name is Stella Brooke. I used to live in Dallas, but my family and I moved to New York. My brother, Steve, is seventeen. I am sixteen, and my sister Carol is fifteen. We all live with my parents: my mom, Stacy Brooke, and my dad, Dave Brooke. My mom has long black hair and is as tall as my dad. They are both five foot three. My sister Carol has mixed colors in her, hair gold and red. She always likes to dress to perfection and be perfect; everything has to be perfect for her. She always likes to do her best in school. Since she is the baby in the family, meaning the last child, our dad always tries to give her everything she needs. My brother Steve is
