My research over the past months shows me that 75% of all the smokers want to quit. That statistic clearly shows us that smoking is for most of all smokers, a bullet attached to the person’s foot and that they are, trying to get rid of. And they are right. Instead, I know you can quit, and at the same time set yourself to live longer and healthier.

    And the problem is that when you smoke, you are not the only person that you put at risk. Smoking also damages the health of those around you, your spouse, kids, friends and neighbors. Believe it or not, the cigarette have more impact on other people health that you can imagine.  For your health and the health of others, quit smoking is a very good option and
