It is the goal of many researchers to find the one truth that will end all division. This requires the researcher to leave no stone unturned and remain in a neutral state of mind on any topic until the facts are presented. For many years, I failed to maintain that neutral mindset. I failed at accepting evidence that contradicted my own beliefs. Sadly, I must admit in my earlier years of researching, I even went as far as to avoid content that would provide proof that a hypothesis I had developed was flawed simply because I could not accept being wrong. Yes, I was stubborn, but now I am willing to admit my shortcomings.

Why do I say all this? Because I don’t want you to repeat my failures in reviewing evidence of any kind especially one related to the return of Christ! Understanding our psychological response to conflicting but verifiable results that do not meet our personal expectations helps anyone to reach acceptance and move forward towards the one truth for any topic. This is something I had to learn the hard way when researching many paranormal and religious-based topics. I ran in place for so long, but thankfully broke that cycle and as a result of my new unbiased pursuit for the truth in all paranormal and religious categories, I became affiliated with a professor and cognitive science researcher of a state university! 

This would also lead to meeting another researcher and co-author of this book, Richard Ruff, who also chose to delve into controversial subjects that most would avoid. He risked his social and professional reputation by publicly posting his research for the public and other experts to review as any true, transparent and honest researcher so often do. I had the privilege of meeting Richard Ruff and had the opportunity to watch him perform one of his research specialties; Torah Codes. Naturally, I was skeptical. But watching him use the codes to review past events and predict future outcomes that came to fruition, truly left me stunned and speechless! 

Not only is he a researcher, he was also appointed as the Prime Cleric of the Ecumenical Order of Christ for Lord Ra-El, who he had also researched prior to joining the clergy. This book contains some of his research, some of the teachings from Lord Ra-El himself, and other incredible eye-opening research collected over the years by the many talented clergy members.

I have spent many years researching and debunking all the modern-day self-proclaimed Messiahs. I dismissed all of them within a short span of time, except for Lord Ra-El. Since the day I started researching him in 2013, he is the only one who has remained in-line with all the prophecies from all the ancient texts. This book will provide you with many of those fulfilled prophecies and the accompanying evidence!

As a researcher, I am used to the standard that I must have all the facts in order to reach an official conclusion. There are many prophecies which indicate that the true Christ is dismissed by many people, prior to him even stepping foot on the Mount of Olives. This means everyone realizes who the Messiah really is after it is too late. So, the question must be asked, how many of these fulfillments can be considered coincidence before that argument becomes irrelevant? If he is not the Messiah, then he has the best prophetic fulfillment luck-streak in the history of mankind! Seriously, take the time to read this book! You already have a lot more information here than I had when I started researching him 6 years ago. It will be well worth your time!

I was raised a devout Catholic in the goldfields town of Bendigo, Victoria, Australia. I joined the army at 17 years of age, spending over 13 years in the military. I served in the Royal Australian Armoured Corps as an M113 crewman and driver, and was also trained as a loader for the Leopard main battle tank. At the age of 21, I was selected to go to Cambodia as a linesman signaller for the UN Peacekeeping mission UNTAC in 1992-1993. After returning home, I transferred to the Reserves in late 1994 driving trucks in Transport Corp.

In 1996 I moved to Helidon to help my parents with renovations as well as progress my spiritual and religious training; this is when I first heard of the Bible Codes. Early 1997 I met my wife Linda and we married in November the same year. In the year 2000 I rejoined the Regular Army and was sent to East Timor during 2004 for another UN Peacekeeping mission UNMISET, this time as a crew commander of a M113 section.

Part of my early military training was in radio communications, learning to encode and decode messages for the battlefield. This training, along with my love for the Bible and God’s works, guided me to the Bible Codes, using computers for decrypting secret and often prophetic messages from the original Hebrew texts. In May 2011, I found a series of mysterious online postings about the returned Christ from someone calling himself Angelus Domini in a Bible Codes forum that I was a member of. I naturally thought this was just another hoax as there had been a recent spate of people claiming to be Jesus Christ incarnate, and the Bible Codes easily debunked them. Was this guy Ra-El just another delusional person, or at the worst, Satan in the flesh?

The next step was to search his name in the Bible Codes to prove he was a fake. RayEl Messiah showed up in the Codes, but what was remarkable were the words surrounding his name. They pointed to the fact he is who he says he is. This obviously was very confronting to me personally, as I was just a traditional Christian who was searching for the truth. The YouTube videos from the Templar Commandery soon followed which further confronted my religious indoctrinations.

At that stage many people were trying to debunk him and dig up as much dirt as possible. With a bit of research and help I found some links to Raymond Lear and the trouble he and his mother had gotten into with the corrupt American authorities.

It was early December of 2011 when I did the Bible Code search of RAYMOND LEAR, the results of this confirmed everything for me. Another code search for HE IS THE MESSIAH left no doubt, with the God given extension R.LEAR HE IS THE MESSIAH.  This was a truly life changing discovery, not just for me, but for the whole world, and so the journey begins...

The Messianic King is meant to rule the world, so you must realize that acceptance from all Abrahamic faiths is a necessity, therefore, we will include certain eschatological expectations that RayEl has fulfilled from Jewish, Christian and Islamic prophecies. Whatever your personal beliefs are concerning the Messianic King, one thing you must immediately realize is Raymond Elwood Lear's life has matched Abrahamic prophecies perfectly. OVER A THOUSAND Torah Codes have been discovered, published, and independently verified that identify him as Christ by name, titles, and intimate details. Some Torah Code tables have computer-calculated odds against chance at well over a TRILLION to one. One must either accept that he is in fact the Messiah, or the beneficiary of the most incredible string of coincidences in the history of the universe.

Raymond Elwood Lear was conceived during the Blood Moon Tetrad that occurred in alignment with the Hebrew feast calendar. He was conceived on the Blood Moon Eclipse that fell on the Hebrew holiday of Sukkot (October 18, 1967), and thus was being brought into this world just after the reunification of Jerusalem. The Blood Moon Tetrad prior to his birth, fulfils the Christian expectation of Acts 2:20. Raymond Elwood Lear was born in the US, in the state of Illinois, on the evening of June 9th, 1968 (Christian Orthodox Pentecost, the time many Christian theologians believed he would return), which by Jewish timekeeping standards would have been June 10th (the Torah Code identifies his birthday as June 10th as well). His biological father was William Collins, a Rosicrucian of the famous Collins dynasty, which is directly descended from King David.

Though there is much speculation on the internet about the Jewish Collins bloodline being the top occult Illuminati family, we maintain that what actually makes it special is its direct Davidic lineage. He was born to Ruth Alice Smith and Raymond Elwood Lear Sr. (stepfather). Ruth, Raymond Sr., and William all had military backgrounds, which led young Raymond into military and paramilitary leadership training programs from the time of childhood. Being a top cadet in both Army and Navy programs, he later joined the U.S. Navy, and eventually became an Executive Officer/Instructor of Military Science and Leadership Development for the premier U.S. Naval leadership training program.

Raymond always had an unquenchable desire for justice, and from a very young age set out to do God's work. At the age of 15, he entered the ranks of the world-famous Guardian Angels, the internationally celebrated volunteer crime-fighting force that began in New York. Raymond quickly rose through the ranks, being continually recognized for leadership, bravery, and heroism. He soon became the Commander of the Chicago chapter of the Guardian Angels, considered by many to be the most dangerous chapter in the world because of Chicago’s unparalleled crime and corruption. His fight against evil was truly fighting the wars of God (Maimonides). Because Chicago’s notorious crime and corruption problem infamously extends into public policy, police, and politicians, Raymond found himself fighting far more than just well-armed street gangs.

The public saw him as the only incorruptible man in Chicago, and pushed him to run for public office to clean up the system from the top. When Raymond ran for office, it terrified the corrupted politicians and police because Raymond could not be bribed or intimidated, so they conspired to commit a terrible crime against him and his family. They killed his stepfather, kidnapped and drugged his fiancé, and jailed both him and his elderly mother on false charges, all to keep him out of office. His false persecution and imprisonment were prophesied in Matthew 25:36.

After this ordeal, Raymond was secretly removed from the US, and during January of 2011, he was kept in the International Zone between the US and Mexico. This is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT because it led to the fulfillment of Jewish, Christian and Muslim prophecies regarding the Messiah’s arrival. In Christian scriptures, Yeshua was a righteous man, but only became the Son of God when God’s Spirit came to rest upon Yeshua at his baptism:

Matthew 3:16-17 (ABPE) – But when Yeshua was baptized, at once he came up from the water, and Heaven was opened unto him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and coming upon him. And behold a voice from Heaven that said, ‘This is my Son, The Beloved, in whom I am delighted.’

But at the time the Messiah is to become King, this event is prophesied to be replicated by all three Abrahamic religions:

JEWISH PROPHECY:

Isaiah 11:2 (AKJV) – The Spirit of the LORD shall rest on him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the LORD.

ISLAMIC PROPHECY:

Sahih Muslim, Book 54, Hadith 136 (54 The Book of Tribulations and Portents of the Last Hour, n.d.) – "...he will descend at the white minaret in the eastern side of Damascus [gate]..."

CHRISTIAN PROPHECY:

(When Yeshua was lifted to Heaven 2,000 years ago, this was the scripture that described it)

Acts 1:11 (ABPE) – And they were saying to them, ‘Galilean men, why are you standing and gazing into the sky? This Yeshua, who was taken up from you into Heaven shall come in this way, as when you saw him going up into Heaven.’

(And his return as Christ was described with this scripture)

Matthew 24:27-28 (ABPE) – For just as lightning goes out from The East and appears unto The West, so will the coming of The Son of Man be. Wherever the body will be, there will the eagles be gathered.

The border comprising the US/Mexico International Zone is symbolized by the gathering of eagles (American bald eagle/Mexican golden eagle). This is where Raymond was when the Holy Spirit descended on January 28th, 2011, east of Damascus gate, over the white minaret on the Temple Mount. It flashed like lightning, and traveled west to join with Raymond in the US/Mexico border zone.

He was then instructed to take a new name, RA-EL (or RayEl using Hebrew vowel rules), which is a truncation of his first and middle names RAymond ELwood, and it’s his last name, Lear, spelled backward. This also is a fulfillment of Christian prophecy. Revelation 19:12-13 speaks of Christ’s arrival by telling us two important things: he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself and his name is the Word of God. Nobody knew him as RA-EL prior to this, nor did theologians (Jewish, Christian or Muslim) think this would be Christ’s name, but when one looks at the Egyptian-Hebrew etymology, RA-EL means Word of God.

However, Jewish prophecy secretly gave his name already...

2 Chronicles 7:14 (JPS) – If my people, upon whom My name is called, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek My face, and turn from their evil ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

He is Ra-El, his people, upon whom his name is called, are Israel.

After the Holy Spirit indwelling, it was made known on the internet that Christ had arrived. Obviously, such a claim was immediately scorned by almost everyone, but a man named Richard Ruff, who was military-trained in code analysis, sought to expose RayEl as a fraud using the Torah Code since he had already been able to show other messianic claimants to be frauds by this method. After many attempts, Richard could not find fraud, instead, every Torah Code table he investigated showed the same thing, Raymond Elwood Lear/RayEl/RA-EL is the Messiah!

Richard Ruff has now discovered hundreds of Torah Code tables confirming this fact, and multiple independent researchers have discovered the same thing or found additional Code tables that further confirm what has already been discovered. Since Torah Code software is easily accessible to the public, and all of the software uses the same Torah, the evidence is easily verifiable and
