PUNKMANIFESTO: punkrock operA in three acts
By Marco Pankow and Micha Oh
()
About this ebook
From now on the hewns of the bedrock of german cabaret punk are expanding into the english spoken zombielands and hit a massive hammer throw into the international arena of rock music with their brand new concept album called punk manifesto.
WHAT DO YOU NEED, WHEN NOBODY GOT IT YET? A KICK IN THE ARSE UP TO YOUR EARS!
The Cologne based punk protagonists deliver a powerful composed concept album – a magniloquent peace of art – music full of anger – audible in extasy - associative - fragmentary - deconstructed – without a classic plot – completely DIY- and they have still not arrived in the moloch of major mainstream music.
FOREVER PUNK!
Instead of a world full of plastic and bubble gum culture, in a time of absolute consuming and digital madness the HbW guys submit songs against the neo-liberal und totalitarian Zeitgeist and try to build up new musical utopias.

PUNKMANIFESTO - Marco Pankow
Act I: In this world
1. overture
darkland
(punk protagonist in a straightjacket, despaired)
HE:
Time goes on and time goes by.
The tide comes in the tide is high.
Mankind still stands at the edge of the world,
while earth rotates defiantly.
2. kick off
forever punk
I 1:
We grew up brainwashed, stiffed and starched,
we´re still under construction.
But we will never be a part of your emotional abduction.
And you will never keep us away from Rock´n´Roll.
You will never get us under control.
WE:
We´re born with our fate to make fun out of hate,
born with our fate to make fun out of hate!
WE, CHOIR:
No kicks, no tricks, not in a fix, beware of this dirty mix!
We will blow up every fuse, the audience won´t be amused.
We will make it loud and big, we will ride the flying pig.
We became who we were and we will, we will forever stay,
forever punk!
I 2:
Marionettes of capitalism camouflage as democrats.
On their strings are pulling multinational sociopaths.
Modern ages, modern times,
modern rage and modern crimes,
modern people, modern cranks
in politics and banks.
WE:
We´re born with our fate to make fun out of hate,
born with our fate to make fun out of hate!
WE, CHOIR:
No kicks, no tricks, not in a fix, beware of this dirty mix!
We will blow up every fuse, the audience
