About this ebook
Author and self-proclaimed ordinary, everyday person Martha Veliz offers evidence that God is not only real, but is also highly interested in each of us. Her down-to-earth writing style and insightful message will inspire you to trust in God, and motivate you to follow His built-in plan and purpose for your life. She encourages all of us to move beyond the world’s definition of “ordinary” and see ourselves as God sees us--as champions!
In Life: An Everyday Affair, Veliz addresses such controversial topics as the theory of evolution and communicating with God, and presents scientific proof of the existence of many biblical characters we hear and read about. She sheds light on the fathers of the Christian faith such as Abraham and Moses, and explains that until God took hold of their lives, they were ordinary, everyday people just like the rest of us.
Join this exciting discussion about Life: An Everyday Affair, and discover why there is nothing ordinary about being ordinary.

DEDICATION
To Noreen Coon
Without your love and persistence I would not have received eternal Life for all of my generations.
Thank you for showing up at my door and welcoming me, the image is still in my mind after all these years, the kids, the dog, the red wagon.
Thank you for so many months of talking to me when all I did was ask questions and present you with disagreements on all you said.
Thank you for being who you are.

INTRODUCTION
IT IS MY hope that you will not be disappointed if you have purchased this book with a misconception of its contents. Please bear with it; dare to listen—or rather, dare to read. It may be revelatory to you. I do hope that you are encouraged to read on, to analyze and to definitely be challenged.
If you do not believe in creationism but in evolution, that’s fine; we all have the categorical right to believe whatever it is we choose to believe in, and consider that belief to be the truth we adhere to and live by. If you are an atheist, fine, keep on reading; it will not harm your firm beliefs. You may even find these ideas, thoughts, and experiences comical or satirical to your way of thinking and/or believing.
This reading is for anyone who is open-minded enough to scrutinize, and either desire to know more or discard it, as effortlessly as that. It’s a plain and simple overview of our everyday lives, from the past to the present day and into our future, which is the most important. In essence this writing is about motivation and, most importantly, communication.
The purpose of this writing is to show, to attempt to demonstrate, and mainly to strive to encourage the everyday individual (every living human) that God the Creator of all is real, and is highly interested in us, His greatest and multifaceted creation. As complex, wide, and infinite as the heavens, the galaxies, and the entire universe(s) are, we the human race are much more complex—and definitely much more problematic. The human is an unrivaled creature. Let us talk about us, that or the human.
You will find questions along these pages, with the intention of getting you the reader to answer them unto yourself openly, honestly and privately, without outside interference or pressure from any source; to seek answers to the posed questions and find solutions if need be; a private insight view without having to share your innermost thoughts or doubts, if any, with anyone else. It is intended to be read as if it were a motivational type of challenging dialogue with yourself—nothing complicated, merely questions and situations that arise every day that sometimes make us think in perhaps a different manner than that which we are accustomed to, when presented with another option of seeking a solution.
We usually do not get this kind of opportunity without having to get involved in group discussion or perhaps even in an argument with another person, be it a friend or antagonist. You may end up discovering something wonderful that is in you, and you had no idea! There is power in the human being, in every single one of us inhabitants of this great Earth.
By the way, you will find throughout this writing references to the Bible in order to indicate what it comments on the subject at hand. We will use it as a reference from God.
It is my hope that you will not be bothered in any way by the use of these verses; after all, the Bible is the best seller of all times! No book to date has surpassed its sales.
This little book is not a teaching of any sort; at least that is not the intention of this writer. It is not a history narration, and it is not an exact chronological source of events, although I have attempted to keep a certain order of time. The objective is to share and make comments on experiences, situations, and on everyday events, and have these serve as a stimulant concept by showing God’s points of view. His views are truly motivational concepts once they are analyzed with an open mind; my hope is to perhaps even get the reader to look into them and view life from a different perspective.
We are usually encouraged by stories and testimonials of the experiences lived by others—we see them on TV, and hear them on the radio or on CDs that we play in our cars. Why not give these thoughts and experiences exposed
