Preface
I ALWAYS admired others who can write beautifully and influenced articles in them life. How could they write such a mysterious fiction? How could they have such an imaginative mind? Where are they get such a unique talent? Perhaps I guess a little of it with your persistence, determination, and execution writing skill over the years.
I was the person who likes to do imagination, dreaming, and observing on others. Indeed, I painted oil painting sometime but not so productive enough. As you knew, I dreamed most of the times, and lazy to take out all the painting tools from my drawer or even spend a month to complete a painting. Hence, there was an idea pop up since last year 2018; Why don't I use my words to write my painting instead of drawing it. And I could leave a word or two for my kids who are still teaching them A, B, C, friends, and you may be. At least, there is still something being attached, and a bit of joyful sparkling in this wonderful world when we all no longer exist in the time parallel.
Therefore, I started my first ever simplest prose of Lost Contacts and have me writing journey throughout the years. If you never give-up on writing, the creative bonuses, special subjects, language skills would be picking up along the track. I wish to improve it further while I'm still playing this writing game (cheer).
Finally, I would like to thank to all kinds either people, places, occasions, and surrounding or the moments for unleashing my book called My Crossover Mind. Hope you could be delighted, compassionate, and happiness by my little creation. Enjoy your life.
Chapter I-My Crossover Mind
1.My Painting
I HAVE very appreciated a gift from Brian Soo, my schoolmate. It is an Oil Painting Methodology book. This book had embraced my interests on oil painting. I acquired a few oil paintings techniques & start my contemporary art journey. Hence, I get to know what the oil painting is. And why is it the first choice for oil painting collector?
Oil painting can be lasted for decades. There can be collected & displayed without the worry of erosion or spoiling. The oil painting will give me peace of mind during the painting process. On top of that, personally, I felt accomplishment & delightful when my piece of art completed. In your life has you ever completed a painting? How do you feel? What have you painted?
I even met some painting artists...one of them told me you need to concentrate on one or two themes. Then people will get to know your painting style & theme. For me, I'm still trying my sense of theme like face portrait & scenery sometime.
I will keep practicing my painting talent & collection. Right now, I stop it because I need more time to company & raise my two lovely kids; Eason & Wenn. Furthermore, I'm trying something different from painting to writing my pictures & feelings.

THIS YEAR- Mar2019 the weather is like a boiling season. Indeed, in Malaysia, we're having 34~35'C & feels like 38'C in the peak afternoon. According to the weather forecast, this critical heatwave would persist till the end of the week if my friend-rainy doesn't drop by. This temp reading is considered very high & warm for us if compare with previous years when it merely reached around 33~34'C in peak hour. I'm sweating now while in writing this warm warning.
Wow!! The air blows a like in the desert. The ground is burning & the sand are dancing in the heat. It's very hot I'm thinking of take off my cloth & jump into the swimming pool!! Malaysia already have heated like this, how about other countries which sit side by side with desert? OMG!!
Just to bring your attention of Heat Exhaustion is a heat-related illness that occurs by exposing to high temperatures and it often is related by dehydration. Heat Exhaustion isn't as serious as Heat Stroke but If we take it too lightly or without proper intervention, heat exhaustion could progress to heatstroke. It can damage the brain & other vital organs or even cause death. Important!!
There are 2 types of heat exhaustion;
1) Water depletion- Signs include excessive thirst, weakness, headache & loss consciousness.
2) Salt depletion- Signs include nausea, vomiting, muscle cramps, and dizziness.
Prevention or Treatment for Heat Exhaustion;
a) Drink plenty of fluids esp. water and sports drink to replace lost salt & mineral. (Avoid caffeine & alcohol)
b) Remove any tight or unnecessary clothing.
c) Take cool shower, bath & stay in-door.
d) Apply other cooling measures like fans or cool towels.
