Louis G. Valmond
Louis Valmond was educated on the Island of Dominica in the West Indies. He went to London England to further his education. He attended Poplar Technical College in the East End of London where he studied Electrical Installation. After coming to the United States he attended Anoka Ramsey Community College and the University Of Minnesota, where he obtained his Degree in Occupational Safety And Health. Mr. Valmond worked for Minneapolis Electric steel as a Safety Director. After moving to Wisconsin he studied Security at Milwaukee Area Technical College and worked for Milwaukee County as Director of Safety Security. Developed and conducted a Safety and Security Internship Program for students at The University Of Wisconsin Whitewater He then moved to Florida and worked for Charlotte County as a Security Supervisor.

EVACUATION AREAS WEAPONS RELATED EMERGENCYCIVIL DISTURBANCE
In the event of a tornado or waterspout, move to your safe room
or an interior hallway/room with no exterior windows and stay there until the event is over.
Do not go near a window or outside to look at it.
Stay indoors and away from glass.
If you must shelter in place, get under your desk or other solid object that will give you some protection from flying debris.
If caught in an open part of the building, move to a wall away from glass and assume a crouched position using your arms to protect your head and face until the event has passed.
WEATHER EMERGENCIES
If you encounter what you believe is a hazardous material within the facility:
Do not touch, smell, or taste the material involved!
Notify our supervisor/director and the Sheriff’s Office at 9-911.
Advise them of the location of the hazardous material, the type of container it is leaking from, the name and approximate amount of the substance spilled, who may have spilled it, and if anyone appears to be ill from the material.
Donotplace yourself at risk to get this information-just relay what you have seen.
