Elias P. Stergakos
Elias P. Stergakos Was born in Potamia, a small village south of Sparta, in 1942 during the middle of the Second World War and when Greece was under the German and Italian occupation. He lived there all his childhood except during one year where he attended the first year of gymnasium in Athens. In May of 1956 he and his younger brother crossed as immigrants the Atlantic on a ship to join his father and three other brothers in the USA. It was in the United States where he attended and finished high school. He continued his education and got his undergraduate degree in physics, his Masters in high energy physics and PhD in nuclear science and engineering; all within eight years. He worked in the private industry where he climb the administrative ladder within the companies for which he worked. He is presently retired and spends most of his time on the hobby of his life which is reading and writing and also traveling mainly to archeological places.

Eleonora and Elias, and to any future ones that I hope I will have.
Once upon a time, there was an energetic little sparrow, a small, greenish-grayish frog, and a big black spider. Each one of them lived in its own world and did not have contact with each other until nature’s forces brought them together one autumn afternoon.
The energetic sparrow was a free spirit but also a very observant little bird. It played with the few other sparrows that were around, but it also took time to be alone to investigate its environment. Most of the time, however, it searched for food. It woke up early in the morning
