    ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS

Many times I have started writing books and never finish, but this time something was different after seeing my kids getting older and watching different behaviors in my home made me sit back and think about things that I have done in front of them. I wanted to write this book because I am an educator in the school system and the things that I have seen students do in school are things they see at home.

Secondly: I am a mom and as a mom I had to be cautious about what I do around my kids. It was not until my third child enter high school that I realized the things I said and did had such an effect on him. When he started to act out and the sad part about it was I worked with kids everyday but was blind about what was in front of me. So when it confronted me I could not believe that I had let all of this go on.

But thanks to my son Anthony who was very verbal enough to know I had to give myself a reality check. And when I reevaluate myself it was an eye opener. The shock I had for the things I had did as a mom but much less as a lady, so I hope this book helps someone to be open about their own mess.

    SPECIAL THANKS:

To my daughter’s Kristen who has been my right hand and my everything that has grown up to be such a wonderful women.

    My little lady bug Sinaia,

To all my boys Anthony, Stephen, Jalen, Jordan and Isaiah I love you all dearly.

And my new love Jazzy who has stolen my heart grandma loves you. And last not least the love of my life Maurice we have had a long rode together good and the bad, separate just to get
