About this ebook
Gabriel Stella
Gabriel Stella is a woman who found her voice in her late thirties. Having spent time in Narcotics Anonymous, she then went onto do group therapy for women who have been sexually abused. Soon Gabriel realized the need for positive re-enforcement so women can regain their self-respect. Having found this in herself and giving it to others, she was able to develop her spiritual side. Today through writing, she would like to share this path with those who may want that for themselves.

FOREWORD
Within this book is the knowledge I have received from being spiritually guided. It is the result of dedicating myself to finding another way of life that is much more fulfilling than what society, in general, has to offer. Most of us are taught throughout our schooling years, that you are a success, if you can be intellectual enough to become something that will make you a lot of money. Fortunately for this world we are not all built that way and there are many, many people that are searching for a deeper understanding of who we are and why we are in existence, rather than believing that it is luck of our species to be here in the amazing world to use and abuse the natural resources that are available to us all.
My search began with knowing I had developed addictions to help keep my anger in check. I was angry but had no idea what I was angry about. Besides the fact that I had endured sexual, physical and mental abuse throughout my childhood, I came to realize that I was angry at the world. As a child you are fed ‘fairy stories’ that you believe to be true. As a child you believe in all things that are good, you believe in happy endings, you love for the sake of loving, you dream for the sake of dreaming and you see beauty in everything and everyone. Then one day you realize that everything is not what the adults make believe. This was the main reason for my anger. I feel today as much of a child as I did all those years ago. I know I’m not an immature adult, I just know that it is a part of who I am and I will not let go of any part of myself to appease the general public. So, I still love to swing as high as I can on a swing, feel the mud between my toes and believe in happy endings, especially for the human race. Utopia is something the child in me believes in and is working toward.
The motivation behind writing this book is to help others to believe in all things that are good by believing in themselves. Find the good in yourself and you will begin to see a whole new world before you, a world worth living for, a world worth giving for and world where happiness abounds. One of the reasons why we are having so much trouble with our teenagers is because they have lost their faith in older generations. They can see that true happiness is gone from within hence turn to drugs to give them the ecstasy of an unnatural kind. Ecstasy is our divine right that must come from within, not external sources. My aim is to offer those looking to reclaim their divine right.
In writing this book, my journey towards a more fulfilling life has gone from a dream to a reality. That is not to say that I have mastered all aspects of my mind, body, soul and spirit. As long as we are alive, there are lessons to be learnt. I still can have moments where I am lost in the midst of it
