In this fictional world, where dragons soar and magic thrives, a remarkable tale unfolds. Meet Envi, a spirited human girl that has been raised by dragons, the only family she has ever known. Tragedy strikes her clan, and precious dragon cub eggs are stolen. This leads to Envi embarking on a daring quest to reclaim them, as the only one able to fit into the human lands.
She has always been joined by her dragon guardian Rovim, but for this, she must set off alone. Sparking Rovim to start his own quest, into a new kingdom of mystery. Both of them are outside of clan territory, into a new world teeming with wonder and perils unknown. As Envi dives deeper into the human world, she is enthralled with how the humans interact but also at how misunderstood the dragons are. Along the way she creates new friendships. Learning that the quest to retrieve the dragon eggs is not just a rescue mission, but a journey of self-discovery.
Amari is another main character, a formidable foe that helps us get another perspective. Envi is human. Rovim is dragon. Amari is a mage. Watch as their stories intertwine into one spellbinding tale of courage, determination and hope for change in this world where dragons are hunted, and magic is highly sought after.

Twenty Four Years Ago…
Droura is a magical world. To those who have magic it is a wonderful place, but if you are human, then you are weak. Like many others, I am just a human, and yet I was still gifted with an unnatural kind of beauty. It is what landed me in my current situation. I was sold to the mages by my family to further their own reputation in the Republic of Velsan. Beauty, money and magic are the only things that are respected in my world. It was years ago, but I still remember the life I used to have. My parents were wealthy, and I was just entitled enough to think I could get whatever I pleased out of life. I had no problem slapping a servant who disobeyed or throwing away food that didn't meet my particular tastes. I clean nails, shiny, curled hair and always wore the latest fashion. When the tables turned and I was taken to the mages, I lost all my dignity. My clothes were ragged scraps of cloth, I was barely fed, and I was constantly mistreated and abused. It got better for a short time, when Zofrin, took me as his personal servant. As the head mage, general of armies, he had a lot of sway within the compound I was kept at. I didn't know exactly where I had been held all these years, until I escaped. The Isle of Mages was actually an island donated to the mages by the Zig, in return for protection.
I shudder against the cold wind blowing, as I quickly make my way through the silent forest. If I stay in my memories too long, I am sure to get caught and end up right back where I was. The thought of ever ending up back in Zofrin's clutches, spurs me to run faster in the dark woods. I remember enough my childhood schooling that there is a mountain range here in Grathwell that will provide me protection. It could even get me to my original goal of reaching the Sunbyurt Empire. I have been through many trials to get where I am right now, and I will not stop until I have reached my goal, even if I did see Zofrin's right hand man just two days ago here in Grathwell. Grathwell Kingdom is a place where dragons and magic reside, just like every other in this blasted world. However, the only one that boasts a safe space for humans truly is the Sunbyurt Empire. I did not get to see enough of the mages war report to see exactly why that is, however, I did note, that no mage has ever successfully entered their lands. Which means, if I can get there, Zofrin can never find me.
I rub my hand along my slightly swelled stomach. He can never find me or my child.
I continue to stumble along, in men's shoes that are much too big for me, and only a small blanket to keep myself warm in the increasingly cold night. Moving north might have been the safest idea, however it wasn't the warmest one I had. All of the southern regions, including Zig, the Nuza Islands and the Isle of Mages were extremely warm year-round. Everything I currently have was given to me by one of the ship's crew that saved my life. When I started to show that I was pregnant and Zofrin noticed, I knew it wouldn't end
