The Ideal Protein diet is low carb and will help you lose weight but it comes with a package - it may not make you look good, why? Because of the ingredients in the pre-packaged foods - soy protein isolate (GMO), synthetic vitamins, textured wheat, modified corn starch, agave, maltodextrin, sucralose and all of it is not organic.
